SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
At Dulce Design Studio, each item is made to order with care and attention—we don’t mass produce, and we don’t keep large quantities in stock. Every order is crafted just for you once it’s placed.
We currently ship within the United States and its territories. We’re hoping to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned!
Processing & Turnaround Time
Our production time is 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. This refers to the time needed to prepare your order—not shipping or transit time.
This timeframe allows for possible inventory delays (like waiting on a specific shirt color) and fluctuations in order volume.
If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out before placing your order to confirm our current turnaround time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure reliable, trackable delivery. Shipping time begins after your order is produced and handed off to the carrier.

⚠️ Please note: Selecting faster shipping at checkout does not shorten production time. It only speeds up delivery after your item ships. Production time remains 3–7 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method. Your final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and delivery confirmation to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you need to correct your shipping address or adjust an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. We’ll do our best to help, but once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or building office

Ask neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If you decline reshipping, a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered"

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties for international orders (if/when available)
📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply. If you decline reshipping, a restocking fee may apply, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed after production begins.
📦 Tracking Issues & Delivery Confirmation
All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Contact the shipping carrier directly
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered.” We see the same tracking information you do. If tracking hasn’t updated within 4 business days, feel free to reach out.
