SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
 
At Dulce Design Studio, we take pride in crafting each shirt to order, right from our warehouse. Currently, shipping is available within the USA and Canada, and we are actively working on expanding to other countries in the near future. 

 
Our turnaround time may vary depending on order volume, but rest assured that all orders are processed within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding nationally or locally recognized holidays) after your order is placed. If you have a special event or specific timing in mind, we recommend reaching out to check our current turnaround times before making your purchase.
 
It's important to note that choosing Express Shipping at checkout does not affect our production time. Our production time remains consistent at 5-7 business days, regardless of the selected shipping speed. Opting for upgraded shipping primarily expedites the delivery process once your order is with the postal service.
 
We exclusively collaborate with trusted shipping providers to ensure the safe delivery of your order. As soon as your order departs from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information. While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we have limited control over any delays caused by the courier service. Dulce Design Studio is NOT responsible for delays with the Postal Service or for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. If you encounter any delivery issues, we kindly advise you to use the provided tracking number as your reference before reaching out to us. Please be aware that international shipping may take several weeks for delivery.
 
 
SHIPPING INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
 
Accuracy Matters: It's essential for buyers to provide accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we cannot be held responsible.
 
Swift Processing: We work diligently to process and ship orders quickly, which leaves limited time for order cancellations, changes, or address adjustments. If you need to make any of these modifications, please contact us promptly. While we'll do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee their execution.
 
Tracking and Delivery: If you have concerns about tracking numbers or the delivery of your package, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1-4 business days to update. In rare cases where tracking information doesn't update, rest assured that you will still receive your order. If necessary, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
 
Confirmation of Delivery: All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms delivery to your specified address, but you haven't received your order, please initiate contact with the carrier directly for a thorough investigation. Regrettably, we cannot assume  responsibility for packages when tracking information indicates successful delivery to your specified address.
