Our Refund Policy and Guidelines

We want you to be confident in every purchase at Dulce Design Studio. Because most of our items are made to order and often personalized, we take great care in ensuring accuracy and quality from the moment you place your order. This refund policy outlines when refunds may be issued and what to do if something goes wrong.

While all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products, we do offer resolutions in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Below, you’ll find our refund guidelines, how to report an issue, and what steps to take if you receive an item that isn’t quite right.

At Dulce Design Studio, every item is carefully made to order, just for you. Because of the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

We’re proud of the quality of our work, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. In these cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A store credit

  • Or a refund, at our discretion

To report an issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo of the item.

❗ Important Notes

  • We do not issue refunds for incorrect sizing, change-of-mind purchases, or mistakes made by the customer at checkout.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any resolution to be offered.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, if approved. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
