We want you to feel confident when you shop with Dulce Design Studio. Because most of our items are made to order and often personalized, we take great care to ensure accuracy and quality from the moment you place your order.

This policy explains when a refund or replacement may be offered and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.

All Sales Are Final

At Dulce Design Studio, every item is carefully made to order, just for you. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your size, color, design choice, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

We’re proud of the quality of our work, and we always want you to receive what you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to review the issue and make it right. In these cases, we may offer, at our discretion:

• A replacement of the same item, or

• A store credit, or

• A refund to the original payment method

To report an issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the item and any damage or misprint

Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

• We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Customer errors at checkout (such as wrong color, design, or address)

• Items must be unused and in original condition for any resolution to be offered.

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
