While most of our items are custom-made just for you, we do allow returns in select situations. On this page, you’ll find details about our return window, what qualifies for a return, and step-by-step instructions on how to request one. You’ll also find information about refunds, non-returnable items, and what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

At Dulce Design Studio, we’re committed to making your shopping experience simple and satisfying. While many of our items are custom-made just for you, we do allow returns in specific situations.

Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in unused condition

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us using our contact us form. Returns must be approved first — items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on the following items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Gift cards (coming soon)

These are made or offered specifically for you and are final sale. This policy helps us keep our pricing fair and turnaround times fast.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo and description. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
