How long does it take to fulfill my order?
All items are made to order, which means we begin crafting your item once your purchase is placed. Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), not including weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or for highly customized orders, processing may take a little longer.
After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, standard shipping typically takes about 3–4 business days within the U.S.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!
Do you offer expedited processing or shipping?
At this time, we don’t guarantee rush or expedited processing. All items follow our normal production window of 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), not including weekends or holidays.
In some cases, faster shipping options may appear at checkout, but these only affect delivery time after your order ships, not how quickly it’s made.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available yet, but it’s on our wish list for the future as we continue to grow.
Where can I find the size chart for Dulce Design Studio products?
Size charts are included in the product photos for each listing (usually the last image). You can also click the “Sizing Help” link on the product page for additional guidance. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help. 💕
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as secure checkout options offered through Shopify (such as Shop Pay or other supported wallets, depending on your location). All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted providers.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
Because all items are made to order, changes are time-sensitive. If you need to update your order or shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Once your order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or make changes, but you can always reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us right away if you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address. We can only guarantee changes within 1 hour of your order being placed. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped, and address changes may no longer be possible.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a restocking fee may be deducted, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Why was my order canceled or flagged for verification?
To help protect our customers and our shop from fraud, some orders may be automatically flagged for review by our payment processor (for example, if billing and shipping details don’t match or if information can’t be confirmed).
If we’re unable to verify the order details, the order may be canceled automatically for your protection, and any pending charges will be released by your bank or card issuer.
If you believe your order was canceled in error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
My package says ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
We know how frustrating this can be. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (usually USPS or UPS), we see the same tracking information that you do, and Dulce Design Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
If your order shows as delivered but isn’t in your hands yet, please:
- Check all common delivery areas (porch, mailbox, side/back door, garage, apartment office)
- Ask neighbors or household members if they received it by mistake
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
If your package still can’t be located after these steps, you’re welcome to reach out to us. While refunds are not typically issued in these cases, we may be able to offer a one-time replacement or store credit as a courtesy, depending on the situation and product availability.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or because it was not picked up from the post office or carrier in time, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order, plus any return fees charged by the carrier.
If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a restocking fee may be deducted, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
Because most Dulce Design Studio items are made to order and often personalized, all sales are final.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or customer errors at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’re happy to review it and, if approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Are digital downloads refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, it can’t be returned.
If you have trouble accessing your files or need your download link resent, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. Original packaging may be required for certain claims. Normal wear, misuse, or damage after use is not covered.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Absolutely. We welcome custom order requests! Please fill out the Contact Us form with the details of your request, and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Do you design everything yourselves?
Many of our designs are created in-house at Dulce Design Studio. We also love supporting other small businesses and independent artists by purchasing select licensed design files. We take pride in offering a mix of original artwork and thoughtfully curated, community-supported designs.
Can I get a design that’s shown on a t-shirt printed on a sweatshirt or Hoodie (or vice versa)?
Absolutely! Any of our designs can be printed on different types of apparel — whether it’s a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie or tote If you see a design you love on one item but want it on something else, just let us know in the order notes or send us a quick message!
Please Note: The final price will reflect the cost of the chosen apparel. T-shirts are typically more affordable, while sweatshirts and hoodies cost a bit more due to materials and production.
How secure is this website?
Your information is safe with us. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is certified PCI-DSS compliant. That means your payment details are processed through trusted, industry-standard systems designed to protect your personal and payment information.
We never see or store your full credit card number on our servers.
