Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Absolutely. We welcome custom order requests! Please fill out the Contact Us form with the details of your request, and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Can I get a design that’s shown on a t-shirt printed on a sweatshirt or Hoodie (or vice versa)?

Absolutely! Any of our designs can be printed on different types of apparel — whether it’s a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie or tote If you see a design you love on one item but want it on something else, just let us know in the order notes or send us a quick message!

Please Note: The final price will reflect the cost of the chosen apparel. T-shirts are typically more affordable, while sweatshirts and hoodies cost a bit more due to materials and production.

Where can I find the size chart for Dulce Design Studio products?

Size charts are included in each product’s description. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

All items are made to order, which means we begin crafting your item once your purchase is placed.


  • Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, it may take slightly longer.

  • After fulfillment, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

Do you offer expedited processing or shipping?

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re focused on building our local customer base, but hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Why was my order canceled or flagged for verification?

To prevent fraud, some orders may be subject to verification. If we’re unable to confirm details or if the email address is invalid, the order may be canceled automatically for your protection. If you think this happened in error, please contact us.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us right away if you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address. We can only make changes within 1 hour of your order being placed. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped, and address changes will no longer be possible.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a restocking fee may be deducted, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.



My package says ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (usually USPS), our responsibility ends. We know how frustrating this can be, but Dulce Design Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. Look around your porch, mailbox, garage, or apartment office.

If your package can’t be located, contact us—we may be able to offer a one-time replacement or store credit as a courtesy. Refunds are not typically issued in these cases.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping plus any return carrier fees. If you choose not to have it reshipped, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Please note that custom, personalized, sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 14 business days for us to process it. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

Do you design everything yourselves?

Many of our designs are created in-house. We also support small businesses and independent artists by purchasing select design files. We take pride in offering a mix of original and community-supported work.

How secure is this website?

Your information is safe with us. Our store is powered by Shopify and secured through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), ensuring that your payment and personal data are protected.

At this time, Dulce Design Studio does not accept unsolicited business partnership, referral, or third-party marketing inquiries. We prioritize direct customer relationships and carefully vetted collaborations only.
