We want your experience at Dulce Design Studio to be smooth, transparent, and stress-free — and that starts with a clear shipping policy you can trust. Whether you're ordering a custom t-shirt, a personalized mug, or a cozy seasonal hoodie, we take great care in preparing and delivering your order.
This page outlines everything you need to know about our current shipping process, turnaround time, rates, and what to expect once your order is in motion. From production times to delivery methods and tracking support, it’s all here in one place.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available, but it’s on our wish list for the future.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
At Dulce Design Studio, each item is made to order with care and attention — we don’t mass produce, and we don’t keep large quantities in stock. Your order is created just for you once it’s placed.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing & Turnaround Time

Production time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

This is the time it takes us to make and pack your order, not the time in transit with the carrier.

This window also covers occasional inventory delays (for example, waiting on a specific shirt color) and fluctuations in order volume.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to check our current turnaround time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS for reliable, trackable delivery.

We currently offer Standard Shipping (approx. 3–4 business days in transit) once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.

At this time, expedited / rush shipping is not guaranteed and may not be available at checkout for all orders. As we grow, we hope to add more options.
⚠️ Please note: Selecting faster shipping at checkout does not shorten production time. It only speeds up delivery after your item ships. Production time remains 3–7 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using flat pricing based on the type of items in your cart.

Most apparel orders (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc.) ship with a standard flat rate within the U.S. (typically starting around $5.50).

Drinkware and fragile items (mugs, glass cans, tumblers, etc.) ship at a slightly higher rate to cover heavier boxes and extra protective packaging (typically starting around $7.99).
Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and delivery confirmation to help your order arrive safely.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.
If you need to correct your shipping address or adjust an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. We’ll do our best to help, but once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check your mailbox, porch, side door, garage, or building office

Ask neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Delays caused by the carrier

Packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by the carrier
We see the same tracking information you do. If tracking hasn’t updated within 4 business days, feel free to reach out so we can review it with you.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If you decline reshipping, a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Dulce Design Studio is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered"

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties for international orders (if/when available)
📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If you choose not to have it reshipped, a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you realize there is an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production starts.
