Shipping & Turnaround Time

At Dulce Design Studio, each item is made to order with care and attention. We currently ship within the United States and Canada and are working toward expanding internationally in the near future.


Processing & Turnaround Time

  • All orders are processed within 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.

  • This timeframe refers to production time, not shipping or transit time.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm current turnaround times.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

  • Shipping time begins after your order is produced and handed off to the carrier.

  • Standard shipping typically delivers within a few business days.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

⚠️ Please note: Choosing faster shipping at checkout does not affect production time β€” it only speeds up delivery after your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the number of items in your order.

  • Your final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Shipping fees also include packaging, handling, and delivery confirmation to ensure your order arrives safely.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

  • If you need to update your address or make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • We’ll do our best to help, but once production begins, changes may not be possible.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, your mailbox, porch, or building office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.

❗ Dulce Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as β€œDelivered.”


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • If you choose not to have it reshipped, a restocking fee may be applied, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
